Payment & Gratuities
A major credit card must be provided at the time of your reservation to guarantee your appointment(s). Your card will be charged at the time of your appointment(s). Gratuities are not included in the price of your service but can be added at any time.
Cancellation Policy
$50 will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and full price will be charged for missed appointments.
Arrival & Location
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We are unable to make up for lost time if you arrive late.
Children & Teens
Some services are also available for children and teens. Call for availability.
Yoga
As a studio we have updated our Policies and Procedures to include some new guidelines for teachers and staff. In the age of newfound awareness and sensitivity, we are mindful that our students come from any number of backgrounds. We fully support maintaining a safe space for all to enjoy yoga and have set some new boundaries students and teachers are expected to maintain while they are with Vision Yoga & Wellness. Along with tokens (coming soon!) students can place on their mat designating interest or not in hands on assists, we have new policies including:
a. Asking permission to assist, deepen, or adjust poses.
b. Touch within scope of practice. Only Licensed Massage Therapists and Thai Massage Practitioners are allowed to offer Savasana massages, with permission.
c. We will not discriminate against or refuse professional help to anyone on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, or age.
D. Teacher will not engage in harassment, abusive words or actions, gossip or exploitative coercion of current or former students and clients.
E. Teachers will keep the confidentiality of all clients/students. All communication with students/clients is treated with the strictest professional confidence.
F. Student/client confidence is not be disclosed except as mandated by law.
G. Teachers and Studio will obtain written or verbal consent of students and clients before audio and/or video recording or permitting third party observation of their sessions.
It is our privilege to help our community grow in the practice of yoga & wellness, on and off the mat. If there is any way you feel we can improve upon our policies, or in any way as a studio, I am always open to making time for a lunchtime phone call, early coffee, or chat before or after class.
