where can i park?
The city of Cleveland
launched paid parking in the lot behind the building, behind W. 25th St
from Lorain to Bridge. The parking lot will be open 24 hours a day, 7
days per week. The first 90 minutes are free for anyone parking between
the hours of 6am and 6pm. Parkers will pay a nominal fee of $1/hour, at a
maximum of $10 per day.
Free parking is available on Bridge Avenue and neighboring side streets. After 6pm and on weekends meters are free! Look for metered spots along W 25th St and directly behind the building on the W 24th St. alley.
It gets busy in Ohio City, especially during Market days. Be sure to come early so you have extra time to find parking. Additionally, there are RTA bus and train stops on and near W. 25th Street. If you ride your bike to the studio, you can park your bike in the covered box on the corner of Bridge and W. 25th street.

What should i wear?
Yoga is supposed to be practiced while barefoot and wearing comfortable clothing. We recommend wearing layers as you will warm up and cool down during the course of a class.

There is a water filter at the studio. We recommend bringing your own water bottle so you can refill it at our studio when you need to.

You don’t need your own mat. We have mats that you can use for a suggested donation of $1.00. Additionally, we have mats available for purchase at the studio for $30.00.
do i have to preregister for class?
Preregistration is required for all 6:30 a.m. classes. This is not necessary for any of the other classes, but it is recommended. Preregistering makes the sign-in process easier and quicker to complete.
All classes are available for drop-ins. However, we ask that you arrive early to check in, get familiarized with the studio, and claim a spot for your mat!

what should i wear during my massage or other wellness services?
We recommend that you wear clothes you feel comfortable in. Please note that you may be asked to undress to a level you’re comfortable with during a therapeutic or craniosacral massage. Thai massage sessions, on the other hand, take place with the participant fully clothed in comfortable attire.
