Our company was established by Theresa Gorski, a certified yoga teacher and licensed massage therapist. Upon returning to Cleveland after living abroad, Theresa fell in love with the walkable and community-focused neighborhood of Ohio City. In 2010, she moved to Ohio City and discovered that the region was missing yoga and wellness.
In April of 2011, Theresa opened Vision Yoga in the heart of Cleveland’s well-known and historical Market District. Since then, the studio has grown to two Ohio City locations offering more than 35 + weekly yoga classes and a variety of wellness services.
Our staff is composed of certified yoga instructors, licensed massage therapists, and Thai yoga massage practitioners, Yoga Therapists, and Energy Workers,. We also conduct yoga teacher training and other workshops to educate our community.

Where can I park?
The city of Cleveland launched paid parking in the lot behind the building, behind W. 25th St from Lorain to Bridge. The parking lot will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. The first 90 minutes are free for anyone parking between the hours of 6am and 6pm. Parkers will pay a nominal fee of $1/hour, at a maximum of $10 per day.
Free parking is available on Bridge Avenue and neighboring side streets. After 6pm and on weekends meters are free! Look for metered spots along W 25th St and directly behind the building on the W 24th St. alley.
It gets busy in Ohio City, especially during Market days. Be sure to come early so you have extra time to find parking. Additionally, there are RTA bus and train stops on and near W. 25th Street. If you ride your bike to the studio, you can park your bike in the covered box on the corner of Bridge and W. 25th street.
What should I wear?
Yoga is supposed to be practiced while barefoot and wearing comfortable clothing. We recommend wearing layers as you will warm up and cool down during the course of a class.
Do I need to bring water?
There is a water filter at the studio. We recommend bringing your own water bottle so you can refill it at our studio when you need to.
Should I bring my own mat?
You don’t need your own mat. We have mats that you can use for a suggested donation of $1.00. Additionally, we have mats available for purchase at the studio for $30.00.
Do I have to preregister for class?
Preregistration is required for all 6:30 a.m. classes. This is not necessary for any of the other classes, but it is recommended. Preregistering makes the sign-in process easier and quicker to complete.
All classes are available for drop-ins. However, we ask that you arrive early to check in, get familiarized with the studio, and claim a spot for your mat!
What if I arrive late to class?
For everyone’s benefit including your own, please do your best to arrive on time. If you’re late, please enter the room as quietly as possible.
We allow latecomers to join their classes. However, please remember to give yourself plenty of extra time to find parking, especially on West Side Market days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
Can I have my cell phone with me in class?
Please turn your mobile phone off before entering the studio. For obvious reasons, emailing and texting during class is discouraged. If there is any reason that you might need to have your phone with you during class, please let the teacher know beforehand.
Can I take a shower in the studio?
We do not have a public shower available in the studio. However, we do have a hygiene refreshment station in the bathroom should you need to freshen up before or after a class or appointment.
How early before my appointment should I arrive?
If it is your first appointment, you should be 10–15 minutes early. The extra time allows you to fill out the necessary paperwork and get acquainted with your therapist. If you are going to be late for your appointment, please call the studio and let the person at the front desk know.
What should I wear during a massage or other wellness service?
We recommend that you wear clothes you feel comfortable in. Please note that you may be asked to undress to a level you’re comfortable with during a therapeutic or craniosacral massage. Thai massage sessions, on the other hand, take place with the participant fully clothed in comfortable attire.
Can my HSA/FSA be used towards services?
Depending on the requirements of your HSA or FSA, you may be able to use those funds to pay for wellness services at our studio. We can process payments from any Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover debit card. In addition, we will be happy to provide you with a receipt for HSA reimbursement.
Will insurance cover my wellness service appointments?
Your insurance may cover your massage appointments. However, we cannot bill your carrier for them. We can provide you with the necessary paperwork in order to be reimbursed by your carrier, but payment for services is due when the services are rendered.
